Repairing iPhone Liquid Damage it's still a work in progress but it may help you. clean the phone, allow to dry then reassemble and see if you get any results. let us know how you get on. good luck

Update

Follow my advice about cleaning and then reassess. Pay special attention to the sim slot and clean your sim card. You may need to contact your service provider for a new sim or at worse get a new sim reader, but try cleaning first!
