Ps vita doesn't display video or audio but powers on with blue light.

So I’ve gotten a ps vita for free but the down side was that it wasn’t working properly, I wanna know what’s wrong with it and if its worth fixing. It powers on with a blue light that flickers or blinks once then solid blue with no video or audio. I can’t even get to the safe mode despite trying many times.

Managed to get sound again by shaking it a bit ( good ol' tech abuse) but that's not good

Try holding down the power button for 30 seconds, that should reset its memory.

I've tried that, but failed to mention it. It might have impact damage, judging from the dents and dings around the sides and back
