3 year old hit the switch on my surge protector.
The tv now will not stay on and the sound has cut out. The tv is actually an LG plasma. Not sure where to start to look on it.

@wurmhole33 what model is your TV and what surge protector? Did the TV work before the switch was hit? Have you tried and other outlet? It comes on but does not stay on?

Not sure the model. Surge protector was old and yes tried multiple outlets including the wall. It won't stay on and now the sound is completely gone.

@wurmhole33 take a look at the label on the back of your TV. We do need the model number to assist you further. When you say it does not stay on, what exactly do you mean? It comes on but turns back off? Do you see anything on the screen? Any flashing lights? It does sound like a bad power board....
