Options

I cant open the settings option on the start menu.

My windows start up menu opens but none of the settings work or open when i click on top of it. i cant access any of those options. i cant get into settings at all.

Hi,

Most Supersonic tablets have an Android OS not Windows, what is the full model number of the tablet?

When you say "....i click on top of it"., are you tapping the screen or using a mouse?

Does the touchscreen work when you first try to enter the tablet from startup, e.g. Slide lock on screen or enter PIN etc?

Has the tablet been dropped or gotten wet at all?
