How do I get the cigarette lighter working after checking all fuses w/o specific listing of fuse# for cigarette lighter

Hi,
According to the owner manual for a 2000 Honda Accord Sedan, the cigarette lighter, along with the radio is fed from fuse #9 in the interior passenger side fuse block, so hopefully it will be the same in your year model.

Have you checked the wiring at the back of the cigarette lighter using a DMM’s (digital multimeter) Voltmeter function to see if there is power being supplied to the lighter fitting at all, in case it is just a faulty lighter module, you didn’t say?
