well I have a doubt my mac mini model MC270LL / A supports 1TB hard disk or even as is the maximum it supports please help.

terms of memory and also supports if I can put two 4 gb and if it works well

The 12.5 will NOT work in your machine. Read down on this post to the guy that actuallt tried it: Blu ray & 1TB...
