S6200 - not powering up

Completely unable to power up the S6200 Sony Blu-Ray Player. I have tried powering whilst holding the eject on the unit and then do the same and pressing Stop,Play and Eject on the Remote. Disc is also stuck inside.

Would love to know if these is anything else I can try or at least, how can i get the disc out?
