get to the top of the door but nothing there to remove

I have a GE JVM130WJ01 HAS THE SAME PROBLEM > REMOVED THE TOP PIECE TO GET TO THE TOP OF THE DOOR BUT NOTHING THERE TO REMOVE, NO SCREWS.

i take it st is for stainless steel. i would not think it would break like mine which is plastic.

Could you please verify the model number of your microwave oven as the number that you posted is not showing up in any online search results?

JVM130WJ 01 I have a photo I could post but it will be the same. It's 14 years old. Works fine.
