So I spilled soda on the keyboard.
The laptop was on and charging. When the soda kept spilling in my keyboard the laptop flicked off.
When I gave it a while to dry about 3 hours, the laptop was back to normal…except all of the keyboards did not work except for the power button and the battery kept showing a orange led. The laptop cannot identify the battery on the laptop. Maybe is dead?

It's possible that the battery connectors aren't clean and that's why the battery isn't recognized. Give those connectors a good clean and try again.
Your keyboard is likely dead because of the spill. I suggest replacing it.

Sounds like we have a much bigger issue going on here. I suspect motherboard damage, however I think the motherboard may be long gone already. Let's completely rule out a software problem by doing a clean install of Windows. Try a fresh copy of Windows on your system and tell me if you still have the battery problem. Use an external wired keyboard to set the computer up as your internal keyboard is gone.
If it ends up being a software problem causing your battery not to show up then I will give you advice on what to do for your keyboard.

When I look up YouTube videos of dissembling the laptop....it was impossible to remove the keyboard.
Also the light is still orange on the led
If the connectors are clean and the battery is still not showing up there could be a board level issue due to the spill.
Sounds like the keyboard is attached to the top case. I can't find a guide on how to replace the top case nor can I find a replacement part. You may be better off pulling the HDD/SSHD/SSD from this computer getting a used version of this computer. These computers are very reasonably priced in used condition on eBay.

If you aren't taking this computer with you everywhere all the time you might be interested in getting a wireless keyboard so you can at least use the computer in the moment.
OK I just got a new battery for the laptop and it still did not find the battery on the laptop
Or the laptop still did not detect the battery
