Cannot accept terms and conditions on start up screen does not respon
My phone takes me through the update so screen but when I get to the option to accept terms and conditions it doesn't respond

Depending on history of the phone you may have a faulty screen or even faulty touch ic.
The only way to confirm this is to try another screen and see if that helps.
