Why are there white "zones" on my screen after a fall?

Hi,

As the title implies my iPhone SE took a fall and now there are white spots or “zones” on the screen, it’s more of a discoloration, when the screen is white or you’re watching a video, ect it isn’t visible at all but when the screen goes dark it stands out like a sore thumb. here’s a picture:

Why do you think this could be? I’m going to have it repaired as I have apple care+ I would be able to live with it but I have a suspicion that it will get worse.

Thanks!

Update:

Apple wants $120 (IN APPLECARE+ WARRANTY!!) for the repair since the phone is bent and if I didn’t have warranty it’d be over $400…

A repair shop in my local mall wants $20 for the repair, this is why you don’t buy from apple.

I’ve since upgraded the the galaxy S8.

Those look like pressure points. Most likely the display is out of place, or being pushed on from some internal components. This a common issue to get with the iPhone 5s / SE.
