iPhone 7+ no logo on back or FCC Logo -FAKE?

I just purchased iPhone 7+ in US pre-owned. The only think it was supposed to need was a battery. Upon getting home I looked close and noticed that the back of the phone had no apple logo and no FCC log or any print what so ever not even the CE. Is this phone a fake? or did apple have some units blank. And the home key feels weird. I had several iPhone’s and all of them had some marking. this has NONE! Please help me identify the validity that this phone is a real apple device and not some piece of crap. I did some research and could not find anything. Thanks in advance.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Not Necessarily a fake but it could of had a read housing replaced with an aftermarket.

Which would lead me to the next question is why the frame was damaged,

if that’s the case you may start having baseband issues and most commonly Audio Ic issues.

Lets hope that its just the batty and you have found a good bu.

Hope thats helps

Cheers

Update: If there was frame damage I wouldn't know there was never a mention of that when I bought it. However I have noticed also that all of the screws in the device are ALL Phillips screws no TORX screws and all of the buttons including the home button have 0 to no "action" meaning it feels like your pressing something stationary with no feel of spring or resistance from point of pressure to when it contacts and executes a action. I probably won't know until I get it working and see the OS. Thanks for helping.
