iPhone 6s home button not always working/gps doesn’t give directions.

Hello.

I have an iPhone 6s that has some problems with it. It first started with the gps not providing directions. It seems as if the gps can’t exactly locate where the phone is when the trip starts. Then the home button Touch ID stopped working, it became greyed out by itself, when I restart the phone a pop up would say cannot set up Touch ID. Then the home button would sometimes stop waking up the device, it would work if I wake up the device from the lock button. Now the home button rarely works (I can hear a click when I press it). Finally two days ago the WiFi would not find my home network. It would fine some of the networks in the area of the device. Also if I press on the screen I can hear a click, as if the screen is coming of the bezel. What could possibly be the causing all of this?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

With all those issues at once i would suggest that possibly you have had some liquid damage predominantly in the top part of the board.

I would open device if your confident, Then inspect under a magnifying glass to see if you can visually see some corrosion.

If not take to a repairer and to inspect it for you most repair store will do this at no cost.
