How do I approach this screw on the logic board?

i tried Phillips #00 and #000 on this screw yet it wouldn’t grip on. All the other screws screw out just fine, I can’t really tell but I know this phone is water damaaged and has been sitting in rice for about a week till I opened it up to take the logic board out but I am at a block right now.

I may have ruined it even more, I really don’t have any other tools I can use to get this out but any recommendations or reasons?

Before I tried to unscrew anything looking at the head of the screw had some white glue like substance in it?

Philips 000 should do the job. As it’s liquid damaged you may have oxide below keeping it stuck to the other screw below the shield. You may try with some drops deoxidizer as well as applying some heat. Cutting a slot on the screw head with a dremel could be the last resort, but being such a small screw you need surgical precision. If you have an ultrasonic cleaner you could also try immersing the part after removing the battery.

Thank you so much for your answer! Looking at it really closely right now I notice that it looks more like a 4 leaf clover than a criss-cross unlike all the other screws.
