Why is my start solenoid rapidly clicking on the on position

And on the passenger side where do the green, red, green and yellow wires go. There coming out of a round plug with a thick gauge yellow wire that gives me power to my cab

Michael Hollihan  could be a bad solenoid as well as a bad battery, starter, corroded wiring etc.. As for your wiring we would need to know the exact year and model of your Ford. Post some pictures of the wiring etc. you are inquiring about with your question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
