battery problem .. sending power to phone

My phon doesn’t turn on , probally because of the part that I encircle It … sometimes i scratch on of them to make my phon able to turn on … what should i do ?

I recommend trying another battery. It sounds like the gold connection terminals on the battery itself have gotten scratched too much to the point they are worn out.
