Can a fake iPhone motherboard be replaced with an original one?

Nope the inside layout of the phone will be completely different and the other components won't be compatible with it.

I guess it's theoreticaly possible but when they make fake phones they don't put any effort into making the inside of the phone the same, all they care about is making the outside look the same.

Fake for Fake & Real for Real!

These fakes are really Android phones made to look like an iPhone! There parts are not even close!

In most cases you just can't get the parts as these builders build a run of phones (1000 units or so) and then disappear!
