Works only with Power Adaptor attached though Battery is 100% .

MacBook Pro late 2007 will operate only with the power adaptor attached. The MacBook charges the Battery and shows 100% Charged as confirmed by the green lights on the battery. Removal of the adaptor at any time shuts down the computer completely.

Is there a fix for this comdition?

I'm not ignoring your response, I just don't have an answer. Would you give us the last three figures of your serial number so we know exactly which machine you have. My answer would be different if this was not the unibody model.

I think your best bet would be to replace the battery connector. You seem to be getting power to it but not from it. Here's the part: [linked product missing or disabled: IF185-045]
