Which tab controls the mouthpiece microphone for the phone?

Works on speaker hands free, but not in regular phone mode. They can’t hear me…

also, phone is not taking a charge…did I miss something or did I buy a bad battery???

Possibly your dock connector is not connected correctly or you may have torn the mic flex.
