That depends on what isn’t working. Is it the volume of the loudspeaker, ear speaker, headphones…all three? Do the microphones work? Was the phone dropped, repaired or came into contact with water?

The more information you give us, the better the answer.

This is the flex cable that is inside the phone. The buttons you push are just for show, the actuator is inside the phone, on this flex.

Hi its the ear speaker

Then you may want to try a replacement ear speaker or Front Camera & Sensor Flex (which connects the ear speaker). Check out this page for the relevant guides.

However, before doing that, check to see if the speaker grill is filled with dust, it may be simple as that (if the sound is muffled).

No there is no sound at all coming from the ear piece
