i opened it and it has water damage i said ok the phone seems to work so no problem. i refurbished it completetly and when i turned it on it didnt work :(

Jonas, I would go ahead and follow this guide Electronics Water Damage just to make sure that you wont have any issues with the phone down the line. To get it out of recovery mode I use Recboot.. Good Luck

Unknown error 28

Problem restoring your device (Problem Irreversible)

Solution: None.

Contact Customer Service for Apple iPhone replacement (if it is still under warranty)

These errors may indicate a hardware problem of your device. Follow the procedures described in this article and also try to perform a restore by connecting to a computer and a network that you know, to isolate the problem to the device.

If the IMEI number or the MAC address is not specified or corresponds to a default value, it can also confirm that the problem is of a material.

some people have had success by changing the dock connector...

The easiest way to exit iPhone Recovery mode - ReiBoot. No need of home/lock button, no need to connect to iTunes. Only one click to exit iPhone Recovery mode.
