What should I do about my iPhone's connector #3 coming unplugged?

When I was taking my iPhone apart, connector #3 came unplugged before I could release the latch. From what I have been able to find online, it says that will destroy the logic board; I am hoping this is not true. Please give me some advice if there is any. thank you

If it just slid out, it should be fine. Just get a spudger (or a fingernail) and flip the connector up before you try to slide it back in.
