I keep getting CE-34878-0 loading a save game on my PS4

I have recently just bought Red Dead redemption 2 brand new and played it on my PS4 saved my game, and when I Click on the game and it loads up and asks if I want to play the story and I click it after a while it crashes and says An error has occueee in the following application CE-34878-0. The game only works when I start a new game
