No complete reboot...flashing MOTO continuously.

Last night, I was starting to reply to a text from a friend. As I pressed the keys, nothing happened. I restarted the phone. Now, all the phone does is flash MOTO during the reboot process. Battery ok, OEM_locked, Tools Mode Config: DISABLED, Baseband: Not found. The phone is Motorola XT1635-01. It was working fine so don’t know what happened. It gets to Lenovo in the reboot process and then the screen goes blank, then starts flashing MOTO continuously.
