Hi when somebody calls I can’t hear on my iPhone neither do they; I only can hear when I connect my iPhone to another speaker and sometimes when I put the speaker of the phone not always

If your phone is slow (few minutes)to boot sometime or if dictaphone is disable some time then your iphone suffers from audio ic disease . Google it and you will see that this is as common as tactile ic disease fir iphone 6

As Philippe mentioned above this is a common issue in the 7 series phone that is caused by a fracture under the Audio ic, It will need the audio ic replaced ore reballed and jumper trace repair done.

You will need someone that can Microsolder for this work.
