iPhone 7 touch id will work after removed u10 chip?

my iPhone 7 home button not working , one of third party technician was tried to replace u10 chip but unfortunately while removing damaged my upper flex ( attached steel round button) and also he was failed to re install u10 , now my iPhone home button not having chip and also touch id not working

just i wanted to know the confirmation that if replace the u10 my touch id will work again or not ?

please let me know

it can be repair with jumpers please let me know

i want atleast Touch ID instead of home button

I suspect that the flex was damaged, which is why the Touch ID is not working. If this is the case, then a U10 IC will not make a difference. Normally, a damaged U10 does not impede the function of TouchID.

Can you post some pictures so we can see the damage?
