Replace keyboard on Samsung Chromebook PRO/Plus

I recently spilled liquid on my Chromebook Pro and some of the keys are no longer working. I tried to remove the keys to see if any residue was causing them to not work but to no avail. Is there a DIY to replacing the entire keyboard?

Answer this question I have this problem too

This is going to take replacing the entire palmrest, keyboard, track pad assembly for the most painless repair. The assembly usually runs between $50-80 and the repair should take about 30min if you're comfortable with laptop and phone repairs.

You’re better off sending it off to Samsung to deal with this one. Also, isn’t this chromebook quite new? You should check to see if it is still under warranty.

Unfortunately it's gen 1 purchased right after it's release date and out of warranty. Thanks for the suggestion though.
