Error code 4013 on attempt to restore?

My 6 randomly stopped working one day, I went home to connect to ITunes and got an error code 4013. I have went into DFU, it does not work. Most of the time when i restore the phone the loading circle appears for 1 second, then the phone restarts. Would anyone know why?

Error 4013 can be caused by data corruption in the NAND or by other hardware failures. The data corruption issue can happen when the memory is nearly full.

What do you mean when you say DFU did not work? Is it that you could not get into DFU or that a DFU restore failed with an Error 4013 as well?

The device can probably be repaired by via a micro-soldering repair but the data may be lost forever.

What I meant by DFU did not work is I tried to restore under DFU mode but the restore failed.

In every instance I have had with 4013 in iphone 6 and 6 plus... it required removing NAND and reprogramming it or replacing it. You have already lost your data and the repair is not very economical anymore due to the cost of repair vs. iphone 6 value working 100%.

It seems some internal hardware failure still i would suggest your to charge iphone for 1 hour and then try to restore. And if iphone start then try to reset all setting.
