Cooling fan always runing
Cooling fan is runing permanent and it's so noisy.

Is the fan vent clear and unobstructed?
It may be that the fan is dusty and the vent is being obstructed preventing the efficient removal of heat from the CPU which causes the CPU to run hot and therefore the fan keeps running, most probably at high speed, hence the noise.
It could also be that the CPU is running hot due to the thermal paste being caked and dried out, preventing a good transfer of heat to the heat sink assembly.

Scroll to section 4-41 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the fan and heat sink assembly so that you can clean the fan and vent and also to apply fresh thermal paste to the CPU. The manual also details where to apply the thermal paste. (search for videos on YouTube for how to apply thermal paste to CPU etc)
