Is there anyway to repair a broken audio port?

I hit my autio jack last night and now it is coming out of the speakers all the time, is there any way for me to fix this unit to get it back and working again?

Options

If you go to the speakers icon on the lower right side of your computer screen can you choose which device you want audio to come out?
