wifi grayed out and still won't work after replacement

Hello everyone,

I replaced the screen recently after cracking it while leaning against a metal railing. I don’t recall the problem started after the cracking or after the screen replacement, but the wifi doesn’t not work and the wifi option is grayed out.

Troubleshooting I have done:

1) Replaced both the antenna chip and the logic board flex cable.

2) Reset network settings

The problem persists. Is there anything else I can do outside of taking it in to an Apple Store or a 3rd party technician to repair the logic board?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Didn't you already ask this question before? I remember answering a question about someone accidentally leaning on a railing not long ago.

Must have been someone else. This just happened a few days ago. Any input is appreciated.

It is very possible that you damaged a component on the logic board when you leaned against it. My guess is it would be the logic board because you have replaced the antenna chip and flex cable with no success.
