How can I fix my charging portal?

My charging portal does not work. Looks like something is either stuck in there or a metal piece came apart inside the charging hole.

Click on the icon for your exact model and then find the repair guide for the DC-In board.

The guide has links to replacement part suppliers. Look for the parts section in the Introduction to the guide.
