Samsung TV Turns its self off

hi everyone, i have the Samsun g 55MU6400 and it will randomly turn its self off.

Now the strange thing is that it will only do it when using the apps on the smart hub, i have tried different apps and it will turn off but does not do the power down animation “closing bars” the screen will just go black.

i have used the HDMI connected to both my Playstation and Nvidia Shield and i have no issues with the TV turning off.

i have also checked the ECO mode and that is turned off and the firmware is currently up to date.

dp upi ajve amu siggestions on what the issue could be.
