iMac stop on Apple loading bar

Hello All,

My iMac (2011 mid ) high serria os stuck in Apple loading bar in 100% progress. It cannot log into login menu.

I tried the following :

  1. Cannot enter recovery and cannot enter Disk Utility by cmd+r keys
  2. Can enter Internet Recovery but also stuck after download from internet completed.
  3. Reset SMC
  4. RESET PRAM/NVRAM using cmd+option+p+r keys
  5. Created USB bootable drive and pressed the OPTION key to Select the USB drive but stuck in Apple loading bar again.
  6. Then, I used cmd+v to enter into verbose mode (see the log with screenshot provided)

Can you try to post the log file again (you'll need to convert it to a PDF) following this guide Adding images to an existing question

I changed to SSD but it works fine for 3 months .

Sorry guy the FireWire logic has failed which is effecting the OS loading.

Lets try one thing here restart your system and hold the T key allowing the system to go into Target Disk Mode. Is the system able to do that? You should see the FireWire and Thunderbolt Icons dancing on your display. If you can see if you can access the system from a second Mac, first try the FireWire connection and then the Thunderbolt. Where you able to gain access with either?
