I need help identifying smd components on MBP logic board 2011

Hello I acquired a 2011 2.7Ghz MackBook Pro that has liquid damage and from what I can tell the only problem area are the 6 smd components (circled in red) behind the card reader on the top side of the logic board. The picture is of a different board so that I could show you the components. I need help identifying these 6 components and where it is possible to purchase these?

@housesails this is just to identify your components as asked. It is not to identify the errors with your board.

Reference Designator C6951 is a 0.1UF 25V 10% capacitor in a 0402 package

Reference Designator C6955 is a 0.001UF 50V 10% capacitor in a 0402 package

Reference Designator R6961 is a 100ohm 5% resistor in a 0402 package

Reference Designator C6954 is a 0.001UF 50V 10% capacitor in a 0402 package

Reference Designator C6953 is a 47PF 50V 5% capacitor in a 0402 package

Reference Designator C6952 is a 47PF 50V 5% capacitor in a 0402 package

All of these components are related to J6955 and go to the SMC etc. So, keep this in mind when you check your boards. There is obviously a reason why the parts shortened out. It will be helpful for the next time, if you post pictures of your board and the damage as well. That way we can see what you see on your own board.

Unfortunately I can't give you pics of the damage because the board has been cleaned already. Those components were corroded to the point that they came off the board during cleaning. That was the only area on the board that I could noticeably see damage. The computer still boots and seems to work with those components missing, but I could not test it fully because not all the keys on the keyboard work. So i will be replacing the keyboard as well. I am familiar with what needs to be done and can do all the work myself as I have all the equipment to do the job. Im just not good at reading schematics and need help identifying components.

Thanks so much oldturkey03!!! That will be very helpful info for when I repair this board. Are those components available from digikey or mouser?
