Whirlpool Washer Agitator Spinning 360, not back and forth

I have the Whirlpool Washer Imperial Series Ultimate Care 2 & Quiet Wash 2

the agitator is spinning in a 360 degree circle when it’s suppose to spin back and forth.

Can anyone please provide a solution? Thank you
