Replaced camera module myself - doesn't focus

I had a broken rear camera and replaced it at a service center. They tried 4 different working cameras from working phones, they even replaced one in front of me, but no matter what, it focuses only in the distance. I used procam to check, and sure enough the infinity focus is off too. What can it be, if the camera module is not an issue?? It doesn't focus close, only far away. I can make a video if needed.

There are several voltage rails that power various aspects of the rear camera. I suspect that one of them is not working so the focus mechanism is not working. If you have tried multiple known-good cameras, the problem is on the logic board. This will require a micro-soldering repair.

You don’t say much about how this problem came to be…was it following a drop, repair or contact with water?

I bought a used iPhone, i have no idea, really. It came after the service did the repair, the older camera (which was broken because it had loads of lint inside of it, that's why i replaced it) was working perfecly in terms of focus. This camera focuses too, but it's kind of off i think. Focusing mechanism does work, and it can focus on different objects in different lengths from the camera. Maybe there can be some kind of assembly issue? Like if the camera is too tightly attached there or something like that?
