X Private Baby Screen won’t turn on and coil will not heat up.

So my SMOK x priv baby backlight stays on but the screen doesn’t come on anymore… on top of that the coil won’t heat up so that I can smoke it. This is all happening at once and I can’t fix the screen to see what’s going on. How can I fix this?! It’s been like this a few days I tried using the light up coil (T12) and it’s been happening since than. Can anyone help or give me some advice.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Did you ever find out what the issue was and more importantly, we’re you able to fix it?

I’m so frustrated because I just recently (three weeks ago ) bought my second Smok xPriv baby, after losing the first one. A salesman at the local cap

watch out with needles in the reset whole under the charger, This set my device and the needle on very high temp up to the point it got lit up, do not hold it in or try it multiple times this is very dangerous

It took me two days to figure this out! The battery charging screen would come on briefly but no actual screen. I attempted the five and three quick clicks on the side (so many freaking times) and nothing. I reset using the reset button by the charging port and the Smok logo would come on and fade out almost instantly. I was about to throw it away when finally I must have done the 5 clicks fast enough but it restarted and turned on!!! Do not give up!! For some reason those five clicks have to be EXACT or something. It had gone into stealth mode because I put an atomizer that was too high. So HIGHLY recommend just keep resetting then clicking the main button five times. Eventually it will turn back on :). Hope this helps!

I cannot thank you enough. If I use a safety pin to try to reset my smok, think that will work? What can I use to get into that tiny hole? Thx again.

Ok. So..finally after fighting with my vape (hitting the button 5 times over and over and over) I was fed up. My bf shoved a thumb tack in the little tiny reset hole and it read Smok. Then, went black. I hit the button 5 times super fast and it now works. Screen is back on. All thanks to ^Whitney S. Rogers

Reset with a tack, 5 clicks twice and its back. I didn't know about the reset button above the charging port either. Thank you so much !!!

I had this problem and fixed it by sticking a sewing needle in the little reset button hole next to the charging port and it works just like normal now… I hope this helps cause I struggled to figure out how to fix mine. I couldnt find anything online or get help at the vape store I go to so hopefully I can save someone some trouble if they come across this.

It’s the tiny hole on the bottom of the mod (battery) that’s located above where you plug it in to charge it; you’ll have to use something like an earring post, needle etc... And sorry, I’ve tried to upload a picture but for whatever reason, it’s not saving it; probably the user
