There is most likely damage to the motherboard, probably caused by a short circuit. You should open it using this guide, and inspect the motherboard for damage. If you have a volt meter, you can check for voltage across the board.

What color is the light on the power brick when it is plugged into the Xbox? Also, does this Xbox have a history of problems/RROD, or did this just happen one day when you turned it on.

use a multimeter and make sure that your power brick is working. Check the output and make sure that it is supplying power from. Start trouble shooting on your power supply first, then work your way forward. Let us know more.

the power supply is yellow, and it works on other Xbox 360. It was working fine then one day just wouldnt power on?
