My Sony SRS XB40 does not Turned On at all or charges the battery

Hi there,

My Sony SRS XB40 is dead. It does not turned On, or charges the battery when I plugged the Wall charger on. There is power going thru from the wall charger to the Device, also the unit is hot after 1 minute.
