Water spill replaced keyboard now weird behavior

hi,

I spilled water on my computer, shut it down let it dry for a few days then turned it on and the keyboard was freaking out.

Took it to the repair guy he opened it up and said “we need to deoxidate it then we’ll run the tests”

A few days later he says they did the tests and i need to replace the keyboard. It was really expensive with the shop so i thought i’d do it myself. I’d like to notify that when i replaced the keyboard the cable of the trackpad broke so i just took it off thinking i’d use an external mouse.

After replacing the keyboard i turn on the computer and now i get those problems:

-an obvious graphic problem, everything lags, like it’s 20fps..

-computer doesn’t know where he is, reset the time and can’t open apps, really slow..

-external keyboard works but the keyboard i just replaced doesn’t, i get nothing (apart when i turn on the computer the keyboard barely works for the first 10 seconds and then nothing)

i don’t know what to do.. feels like i’m good to get a secondhand unibody and replace everything inside :( :(

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The trackpad's cable has temperature sensors. You need to have it in your Mac as it will thinks that the temperature is high in your Macbook and starts throttlingoln.
