Can’t hear anything through my ear piece
My ear piece is fine but the hole for it is not?

I would take a toothbrush with some rubbing alcohol and scrub the ear speaker mesh. If that doesn’t work you could take a sewing needle and gently !$$&* small holes across the ear speaker and see if that makes a difference. This problem is very common.

This is confusing. "Can't hear anything through my ear piece" but "ear piece is fine". Is the earpiece fine (can hear through it) or not (can't hear through it)?
Or is the problem that there's so much earwax and dirt in the hole that all of the audio is muffled?
