Controller keep disconnecting and and system freezing
I recently downloaded the 6.0 update for my PS4, and now our controllers keep disconnecting and our online games start to lag every now and then. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

This issue comes up for a lot of people every time there's a major PlayStation software update.
If you have a third-party controller, you may need a firmware update. Contact the manufacturer of the controller(s) for assistance.
If you have genuine Sony controllers, I've found that disconnecting/resetting the controllers solves the problem. Try this:
