Phone clicks random places and screen spazzes

My iPhone 8 is very new. I got it end of August. Did no repairs. Screen hasn't been changed or anything. I've had this issue since I got it. I click on a place, my phone(by ITSELF) clicks a million other places. I wanted to backspace on my keyboard but instead it kept spamming letters. When I try to zoom out or in it spazzes. I can't scroll up or down much, but because when I do it zooms in and out and goes all over the place. It is not the screen protecter. With or without it on it does this. It's not the charger either. I don't touch the screen with greasy or wet hands either. Restarting doesn't help. Sometimes the screen isn't even responsive to my taps. my phone hasn't been damaged. Nothing works!!! It's very hard to even type this

If your phone is new and still under warranty, you should return it t he point of purchase or contact Apple directly. It’s probbaly just a bad screen but you shouldn’t be fixing this yourself until you’ve seen if Apple will repair this free of charge.
