Help! My iPhone 6s boot loop when update or turned off.

So my iPhone 6s works just fine until I try to update or turn it off. It is then stuck on boot loop and get an error 4013 when I try to restore on iTunes. The weird thing is when I let the battery drain completely and let it dead overnight than the next morning I charge it and it turn on with no problem. The phone is not much than 1 year old and the battery life is at 81%. Anyone have an idea of what it can be? Thank you!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Thanks for your response. Would a corrupted Nand would prevent the iPhone from booting? Because right now I was able to boot it and I'm using it and everything works fine, I just have to not turn it off or try to update. Can it be a bad proximity flex cable or a bad battery?
