Media sound not working? SOLVED
Media sounds not working. Notifications & system sounds are fine.

Also another thing to check is to make sure you do not have do not disturb turned on or turned on as scheduled. Depending on how it is setup it may mute all media sounds.

Thanks. It started working after I left it off for an hour.
Thanks... checked and it was my “Do Not Disturb” mode was on. Don’t know how it got enabled but it was in and fixed my problem.

If your tablet is anything like mine when you hit the volume keys there is a dropdown, maybe the media tab is all the way down.
Alternatively you could have somthing wrong in the system. I had a problem like this where i had to go to a boot menu and clear some temporary data on the

Thanks. It started back up after I left it off for an hour.
Make sure it is not connecting to a Bluetooth device

Thank you thank you thank you Malcolm, that was the solution for me. My tablet was connected with my hearing devices, which lay around somewhere in the living room.
