I have a GE Jvm1850sm4ss microwave above my oven and just ran into some keypad issues. The microwave works fine and all of the buttons on the keypad work and are audible, but the display doesn’t light up at all. I’ve tried removing the control panel ribbon and reinstalling it but that didn’t do anything. Any ideas?

Ok thank you. So you think I should replace the entire control panel or is there a single fuse that could use replacing?

my microwave is April 2022 could display never worked but the clock does can someone please tell me why or maybe it never supposed to light up

Hello. I’m having similar issue. The display is not working completely. The numbers only display half of the number and the left digits don’t work vs. the right digits. It sounds, like it would be best if I just purchase a new one?
