gullapallivn, it all depends on what errors you get. My first guess, without knowing what they are, is that you have a driver issue. Since you did not give us any information on what computer you have I suggest that you get the complete drivers from this site. The alt+F4 combination is application and OS driven, not hardware. It is possible that it is disabled within your software. A reinstall of your OS may clear it up. Good Luck
