keyboard inoperative and makes a continuous ding sound..help!

Im sure setting my laptop on the bathroom counter so i can listen to music while i shower is the cause for all of this (moisture). But whenever i hit a key it will either do the function of another key, nothing at all, or just make a dinging noise. Also my laptop sometimes randomly starts to make the ding noise and continues to do so unless it hit enter. My mouse pad seems to not be working as well. If i select a folder or anything it will pop up but ding until i hit enter.
