No touch on iPhone X can be caused by a lack of communication between the top board and the bottom board—such as in water damage. The top board alone will boot but you will have no touch.
What is the full history of this device and your physical exam findings?

i have iphone x still touch not working i already put new lcd but the same coundition maybe its not a water damage there is not showing any water fungus still good mother board mam give me any solution !!
Again--what is the FULL HISTORY of the device. There is no magic wand "solution" There is only troubleshooting. You must be a detective---this means combining ALL the evidence. The history, when was it last working, what happened to it when the problem started, what have you done so far, what is the physical appearance of the housing, what is the physical appearance of the logic board. Does it work in a known good housing, what are the diode mode measurements of the lines important for touch at the connect--are any of them wrong, if so, why.....
The solution is "Use your brain and begin logically troubleshooting this board like a detective"
